16 times 'Green Wing' was the funniest British comedy of all time

There aren't many comedies out there that you still find yourself chuckling about 10 years after they've finished.

The British hospital-based sitcomGreen Wingwas short but incredibly, incredibly sweet. It started in 2004, ran for two seasons and had a Christmas special. A total of 18 episodes.

In terms of memorable characters and endlessly quotable scenes, though, they really crammed them in.
